Biography

Mary Kate was born and raised in Saint John, Indiana. She graduated from Lake Central High school in 2009 and is currently pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering. She plans to obtain her Master’s next year and to continue on to a PhD in Neuroscience.

Research

Mary Kate is currently working with Justin Tanner on his texture discrimination project along with developing a model to determine the center of pressure of an object and its location.
